**The Role**

**We are looking for qualified and detail-oriented Bobcat Operators to join our Bitu-mill / Profiling team in Campbellfield / Melbourne. Based on the client's requirements, Bobcat Operators are allocated daily to metropolitan or regional VIC areas.**

**You will work with our supported operations team to manage day-to-day needs and report to the Operation and Transport managers.**

**About You**:

- **Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in the operation of bobcats in a road construction environment.**:

- **Heavy Rigid (HR) License, and Construction Induction (White Card) are mandatory.**
- **Have a good understanding and knowledge of the National Heavy Vehicle Regulations NHVR and Chain of Responsibility COR Regulations**:

- **Good safety focus/awareness, including the understanding of workplace documentation i.e., Safe Work Method Statements.**:

- **Ability to build strong relationships, with both internal and external parties.**:

- **Willingness to work overtime, night shifts and away from home base to meet operational needs.**
