**Training Delivery Officer, Clerk Grade 5/6**
- Opportunity to support the planning & implementation of training to NSW SES volunteers

- 2 Full-time ongoing position (1xRhodes or 1xMetford) with flexible working options available
- Attractive annual salary range between $97,027.00 - $107,059.00 + 11.5% superannuation, leave loading and 15% field allowance

**About the opportunity**

The Zone Training Delivery Officer (TDO) is responsible for planning and implementing both training and exercises within the NSW SES. The TDO provides quality training coordination and delivers support to volunteer Trainers, Assessor & Members.

Based from the NSW SES Metro Zone Office (Rhodes) or NSW SES Northern Zone Office (Metford), the TDO undertakes functions to ensure that the Statewide Training and Exercise plan is successfully implemented - including course administration, record keeping, scheduling, and customer service.

Travel within the relevant Zone and across NSW will be required for this position, with some work varied working hours (afternoons / weekends).

**About you**

**To be successful in this role you must have**:

- Proven experience facilitating/coordinating training courses, and/or training delivery experience
- Current Certificate IV Training & Assessment (TAE40116 or its successor/higher qualification), OR a commitment to obtain within 9 months, fully supported and funded by NSW SES.
- Knowledge of AIIMS principles and processes, and/or willingness to obtain competence within 12 months
