Casual Receptionist

Seeking a **well presented and enthusiastic Receptionist **for Excel Physiotherapy and Wellness.

Our expanding team of health professionals are passionate about helping people reach their potential through a holistic approach to healthcare - incorporating services such as physiotherapy, massage therapy, exercise programs, yoga and pilates. In addition we offer a range of products designed to maximise our clients health. We work with clients who similarly choose to value health as a part of their lifestyle and are looking to push their health forward.

Excel Physiotherapy and Wellness is a purpose built facility, that is modern, stylish, light filled and situated in the heart of Mascot, 10 minutes from Sydney CBD. In addition to private treatment rooms we have an in-house rehabilitation gym and outdoor lunch area.
**Necessary Requirements**:

- Excellent personal presentation is a **MUST**:

- Demonstrated at least 6 months experience in a reception role
- Excellent phone manner and ability to multitask
- Strong customer service skills and understanding that clients are at the forefront of everything we do
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude and interest in health
- Ability to work as part of a team reporting to the Practice Manager and supporting a team of health professionals.

**Monday's 7.45am-2.30pm**

**Tuesday's 7.45am-2.30pm**

**Wednesdays 9.45am-12pm**

**Fridays 7.45am-5.45pm or 11.45am-5.45pm**
