**About the role**

A unique opportunity has become available for a proactive payroll officer with great attention to detail and ability to find solutions to sometimes complex problems.

Your Key responsibilities include:

- Process fortnightly Doctor Pay
- Manage and respond to any payroll queries.
- Reconcile fortnightly reports between two databases
- Liaise with Area Managers and Practice Mangers at a clinics to resolve any queries
- Set up new doctors in ERP system on a fortnightly basis
- Posting and reconciling journals

**Skills and Experience**
- Happy to consider recent university graduates in Business/Economics or related field.
- Ideally previous payroll experience but not necessary
- Experience using Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work autonomously
- Willingness to learn new skills and improve processes
- Enjoy working in a fast paced environment
