**The Position**

This role holds responsibility reporting to the Project Managers with complete an oversight on the assigned sights
- Planned and reactive maintenance on HVAC/BMS controls
- Customer/account management and stakeholder management
- Assist with quotes, proposals and pricing
- Consistently and proactively look for improvements and efficiencies
- On-going Troubleshooting and maintenance

**Requirements**:

- Qualified Electrician
- Previous experience working in a similar role in BMS
- Planned and reactive BMS service background
- Understanding of overseeing commissioning & managing small works
- Experience working with Niagara (not essential and can be trained up)
- Self-motivated, ability to motivate others
- Strong communication skills and customer management experience
