**Your Role at Nextt**

At Nextt, our disability support workers are directly responsible for organising and implementing daily activities for our clients, including personal care, domestic assistance and community access.

We currently have a rare opportunity for a disability support worker to join a dedicated team in Geelong.

Our client is a young adult in need of psycho-social support. In this role, you will take part in a wide range of confidence-building activities at home and in the community. You will be experienced with challenging behaviours and supporting clients with complex needs. You will have extensive experience with spectrum disorders and will be a confident and resourceful individual.

**Your Skills and Experience**
- Behaviour support
- Autism awareness
- Experience with youth and social support
- Behaviours of concern

**Your Certificates and Licences**
- NDIS workers screening check
- Working with children check
- First aid and CPR certificate
- Certificate III or IV in individual support, disability or equivalent
- Australian drivers licence and your own fully insured vehicle

Employees will be required to abide by all mandatory directives as mandated within the relevant state or territory where they work.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: $30.46 - $50.00 per hour
