**About Us**: City Venue Management is a facility management company managing Aquatic Centres & Health Clubs stretching from the Gold Coast through to the Sunshine Coast, we currently operate 32 sites across Queensland and continue to grow and develop with each passing day. We are committed to helping every team member to be their best self by investing in their development and rewarding their commitment. **What are we looking for**: Logan West Aquatic Centre & Health Club are currently seeking expressions of interest for group fitness and gym floor roles within their growing Health Club. Group Fitness Instructor roles are available for all styles of training, including weight based and Aqua classes, held across a variety of mornings and afternoons, with weekday & weekend times available. **What you need to succeed**: - Prior experience within the health and fitness industry is desirable - Exceptional customer service skills - Fun and friendly attitude - Ability to build strong relationships - Passionate about making a difference in the community - You are ready to lead the way in creating extraordinary member experiences on a daily basis - Strong communications skills, both verbal and written - Hungry to drive improvements and work within a fast-paced environment **CVM offers all the below qualifications internally with great discounts for new & existing employees** **Qualifications to be held or obtained prior to commencement**: - Current Blue Card (Working with children check) - Certificate III in Fitness or Relevant Fitness Qualification - Current First Aid - Current CPR **What are the perks?** Our company culture thrives on a positive team environment and the focus on every role contributing to high performance outcomes.
