You’ll be close to the local community with neighbouring schools, parks and a shopping centre nearby. It consists of 138 beds, with a variety of care units. You will deliver the highest quality person-first care to residents in line with their individual care plan. **Duties**: - Provide personal care assistance with daily living - Assist with the delivery and administration of medication - Mobility assistance in accordance with resident care plans - Maintain accurate health care documentation as required - Encourage all residents to participate in scheduled social activities - Build relationships with our residents and their families - Adhere to workplace health and safety guidelines and policies **Skills and Experience**: - Minimum of a Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability or equivalent, with relevant aged care experience. If you’re not currently qualified but would like to be, let us know and we can help you get there - Ability to work independently as well as part of a great team - Effective communication skills - verbal and written As part of Bupa’s Recruitment Process, all applicants are required to undergo mandatory pre-employment background checks. As part of the NDIS scheme, employees working within a NDIS facility, in a risk assessed role, must have a completed NDIS check.
