Sprout Artisan Bakery has been proudly baking and serving our community in Brisbane for over a decade. We’re known for our handcrafted sourdough, pastries, and warm hospitality - and now we’re growing With a brand-new bakery facility in Albion and a new café location opening later this year, we’re looking for a Retail Manager to join our team and help us take this next exciting step.

**About the role**
As Retail Supervisor, you’ll be the friendly face and steady hand that keeps our day-to-day operations running smoothly. From leading and training staff to ensuring great customer experiences, you’ll play a key part in creating the welcoming Sprout atmosphere our customers love.

**Key responsibilities**
- Run day-to-day shifts across our retail sites and market stalls
- Lead, support, and train team members
- Maintain excellent customer service and café standards
- Manage stock ordering and record keeping
- Jump on the machine when needed - barista skills are essential

**About you**
You’ll thrive in this role if you:

- Bring experience in customer service and hospitality

- Are hands-on, proactive, and love working with a team

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $26.00 - $40.00 per hour

- Coffee Making: 2 years (preferred)
