**About the Role**
As Silviculture Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for finalising site-based plans and overseeing field operations to ensure activities align with our Forest Management Systems and Biosecurity Plans. This role turns strategy into action — supporting the delivery of our business targets while helping maintain the health and sustainability of our forests.
**We would love you to have/be**:
- Knowledge of forestry management and protection, which may include weed and pest control, fire management, planning and suppression, and silviculture.
- Sound experience and knowledge of plantation establishment operations at grass roots and/or management level along with knowledge of a variety of related forestry operations (including harvesting, roading and planning).
- Well-developed supervisory and contractor management skills
- Proven organisational skills - ability to plan and prioritise work, and meet standards and deadlines
- Basic forest inventory skills and ability to draw up site-based plans using planning systems
