**The opportunity**

**Some of your key responsibilities include**:

- Creating an environment conducive to student-centred learning through positive interaction with students.
- Preparing for and delivering teaching sessions to students
- Marking and review of assessment materials in line with the need for national consistency.
- Acting as the first point of contact and liaison for student academic queries.
- Acting within and ensure student adherence to Endeavour policies and procedures, including Student Integrity, Assessment, and Attendance Policies.
- Attending departmental and/or faculty meetings and at training sessions as required.

**About you**
- You must have a Bachelor’s degree AND a post-graduate qualification in a relevant field to that in which you will be teaching (for Higher Education courses).
- 5+ years’ experience working within the industry of expertise, with professional practice in the relevant field.
- Experience marking assessments and providing feedback to students both verbally and in writing.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated experience working with a range of different stakeholders.
- Ability to develop and maintain effective collaborative relationships and build alliances both within and external to the College.
- Demonstrated and proven commitment to high ethical, personal and professional standards in all aspects of leadership and work
- Hold current membership of an appropriate professional association.
