**Position Descriptor**:
As our Financial Services Manager you work collaboratively and strategically with leaders to ensure a consistent approach to quality assurance in business practice, inclusion, wellbeing, vision, and culture of continuous improvement.
The incumbent will be highly experienced and skilled in ensuring the most effective and efficient use of funding, investments, and income to support the school's values, vision, and improvement planning. Demonstrate excellence and extensive knowledge of managing advanced financial services by developing and implementing processes and best practice, leading staff, and providing timely strategic advice and information to the Business Leader and Principal.
As a future focused paraprofessional, the incumbent will excel at working with a team and autonomously deliver cutting edge, best business practice process ensuring quality assurance and compliance of all accounting, bookkeeping and finance related matters within departmental and legislative requirements. They enable and recommend evidenced based decision making through collection, analysis, management, and distribution of data.
As a team leader and line manager the incumbent will promote professional development, improvement coaching, performance plans, reviews, and observations. They also stimulate a high-performance culture, emphasising empowerment and leadership, quality, and productivity to achieve site priorities.
