The Store Manager role is pivotal to our success as you represent our brand directly to customers and will be supported by an amazing team of donut connoisseur's This is a fantastic opportunity if you currently manage a small retail store, or a department in a larger store and you are looking for new challenges and to step up. **About the Role**

Using your amazing leadership skills you will lead our Mornington team who are passionate and excited to sell our brand

**More specifically your role will include**:

- A strong people person and leader
- As a Store Manager, you will lead our store in a hands-on role leading and motivating your team.
- You will thrive in a fast-paced role and be a passionate leader.
- You will split your time between hands on retail work in store and managerial administration work.
- You will have experience in driving sales week on week, while at the same time managing costs.
- Administrative duties include rostering, wages management; stock control/ordering.
- Flexible days and times including a combination of weekdays and weekends to ensure touchpoints with your entire team.

**What you’ll need**:
Previous experience in a leadership role in FMCG, retail, or closely related field.
- A skilled people leader with experience in motivating your team to succeed and dealing with people issues when they arise.
- Exceptional sales management and achievement of store KPIs.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Not afraid to be super hands on.
- Motivated and passionate with exceptional time-management skills.
- Knowledge of workplace health and safety requirements.

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Leadership: 1 year (preferred)
- Retail management: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administration: 1 year (preferred)
