**About us**:

**Who it’s for**:
Our Cadetship Program is for current Year 12 students wanting to begin their university studies and develop a career in mining. We are open to considering cadets in Engineering, Geology, Surveying and Environmental Science

**What it is**:
A rotational program where you will work in both our open-cut and underground operations whilst also completing your degree. Throughout your degree you will get hands on experience with a range of experts in our business. We will work with you to tailor your part time work experience around your study timetable.

**What you get**:

- The unique opportunity to gain industry experience whilst still completing your degree.
- Have your degree paid for so no need to worry about HELP debt
- Relocation assistance - we will help you move and financially support you if you need to live closer to one of our sites.
- You will be offered a contract for 5 years with a generous salary, loads of extra benefits and flexibility to work around your uni timetable.
- Generous study allowance for when you are completing full time studies and not able to work.
- On completion of your degree and the program, we will work with you on securing your preferred permanent role in our business to continue building your career.
