An exciting opportunity is available to join Midas Coorparoo.

We are currently seeking a passionate customer focused person to join our team.

You will be kept busy with a variety of duties.
- Meet and greet customers on arrival to the workshop
- Answer incoming phone calls and take service bookings
- Confirming upcoming customer bookings for servicing.
- Prepare appointments in line with manufacture requirements.
- Sourcing and Ordering required parts from local suppliers
- Keep track of work being done on vehicles
- Provide quotes for vehicle repairs and invoicing
- Follow-up service progress

Reporting to the store manager, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest levels of customer experience

(On the job training will be provided)

**Salary**: $25.00 - $33.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Coorparoo, QLD 4151: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

- Australia (preferred)
