**About Harris Farm Markets**

We are an expanding fresh food retail business with 30 stores across NSW and QLD. For over 40 years we’ve remained 100% family owned and operated, this means we are agile, innovative and implement ideas rapidly. We are also home to almost 3,000 wonderful Harris Farmers, all with a common purpose, to reconnect Aussies with the joy of food.

**The Role**

We are looking for Graduate Buyer in our protein team who can learn the ropes. You will get broad experience on a variety of activities from Buying, learn all products protein, sales, negotiation skills and working with a variety of stakeholders in the business

This role suits someone who would enjoy travel to out stores and sites which are mainly in metro NSW with a small number of regional stores.

**Skills & Experience**
- Studying or has completed a degree.
- Eager to build skills in buying, negotiation and relationship building
- Team player, approachable and genuine.
- Access to a car as you will be expected to travel to our stores and sites regularly.
- Agile and adaptable, with an ability to work with a sense of urgency.
- Creative problem solving.
- Resilient.
- Good attention to detail.
- Organised and able to balance conflicting priorities.
- A passionate foodie? This is not essential, but it means you will love working for us
