- Base salary range: Level C, $139,000 - $159,893 p.a. (pro-rata) plus 17% superannuation.
**About the area**
The principal role of the Office of the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Education) is to lead and oversee the educational and global engagement activities of the University.
The Office of the Pro Vice-Chancellor (Academic Excellence) is responsible for strategic leadership and oversight of curriculum design and innovation, including academic quality assurance and risk management, academic standards, teaching excellence and scholarship strategies.
**About the opportunity**
- Lead and align Pathway programs with university priorities, collaborating across schools and units.
- Develop innovative, inclusive courses and teaching methods for diverse students.
- Build sector partnerships and drive research to enhance Pathway outcomes, including with Indigenous Studies.
**About you**
- Relevant tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline or demonstrated equivalent competency.
- Demonstrated experience at a senior level in the successful design-to-implementation of Australian tertiary pathway programs.
- Demonstrated ability to identify innovative and creative approaches to issues and to lead the adoption of these approaches.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage, demonstrate initiative and work productively.
- Highly developed conceptual, analytical and strategic skills.
