Welcome to** Eden Academy Footscray.** We are a child safe organisation, committed to the safety, wellbeing and empowerment of all children.

We’re seeking an experienced **casual Kitchen Hand**. Our centres operate from **7:00am to 6:30pm**, and this role offers a regular **Monday shift (7.5 hours)** at our **Footscray** location. You’ll also need to have **availability from Tuesday to Friday** to work on-call as needed across both our **Footscray and Newport Centre's**.

**As our new Kitchen Hand, you will**:

- **Support our talented chef in preparing healthy, delicious meals**
- Show commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organised kitchen environment
- Enjoy working collaboratively as part of a supportive, team-focused setting
- Play a key role in **supporting the health and well-being of children** through nutritious food.
- **Build positive relationships** with staff, families, and children within the centre community.

**What You’ll Bring**:

- Food Handling Certificate
- A current Working with Children Check
- Strong understanding of diverse dietary requirements and food sensitivities
- Australian Working Rights
- Impeccable personal presentation
- Availability to work Monday to Friday
