**The Role**
We’re on the lookout for an experienced and customer-focused **Client Service Manager** to join our team at Mt Gravatt. In this role, you’ll be the key point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and with care. You’ll work alongside our brokers to provide the best financial solutions and help clients navigate their loan journey, from initial inquiry to settlement.

**What You'll Do**
- Be the first point of contact for client inquiries, providing exceptional customer service
- Liaise with lenders, clients, and third parties to ensure a smooth loan process
- Manage client communications, keeping them updated throughout their journey
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM system
- Contribute to our positive team culture and support your colleagues as needed

**About You**
- Previous experience in client services, customer support, or a similar role
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in the finance or mortgage industry is a plus but not essential
- Tech-savvy with knowledge of CRM systems
- Positive attitude, team player, and a passion for helping clients achieve their financial goals
