We’re on the lookout for a reliable and enthusiastic Kitchen Hand to join our growing cafe team for 15-20 hours per week, starting as soon as possible If you’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and loves being hands-on, this role is for you. You’ll play a key part in ensuring our kitchen runs smoothly, and we offer plenty of opportunities to learn, grow, and make your mark in a fun, supportive workplace.

**Your Key Responsibilities**:

- Helping with food preparation (chopping, portioning, and prepping ingredients)
- Cleaning dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment to maintain hygiene and safety standards
- Assisting with kitchen organisation, keeping everything tidy and ready for service
- Supporting the team in quality control to ensure the food meets our high standards
- Helping with basic kitchen tasks during busy periods to keep things moving

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Previous kitchen experience is an advantage, but not necessary - we’re happy to train the right person
- A positive, “can-do” attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute
- Good attention to detail and a passion for maintaining a clean and organised kitchen
- Reliability, flexibility, and a genuine interest in being part of a fun, collaborative team
- A love of good food and great customer service

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
