**In this role, your duties will include**:

- Providing customer service face-to-face and via phone;
- Following up leads, turning them into opportunities for sales;
- Processing orders & accurately recording sales activities into CRM;
- Liaising with trades and suppliers to meet customer needs;
- Working to KPI’s and sales targets;
- Regularly reviewing competitor activities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- You enjoy meeting and talking to people with a natural ability to build relationships;
- Great energy with a positive can-do attitude;
- A willingness to learn and grow with the desire to become a great salesperson.
