They would like the Educator to be nurturing the child’s strengths and interests, and creating an environment where they feel safe, understood, and free to be themselves. The child’s interests are animals, science, Lego, and nature.
These passions provide a meaningful foundation for learning and connection, and they are seeking an educator who can thoughtfully expand on them through play-based and developmentally appropriate activities.
The role involves supporting basic daily routines with care and consistency.
They highly value an educator who can follow the child’s lead, respect their sensory needs and boundaries, and gently guide them through ideas and projects from start to finish.

You must:

- Have obtained or are working towards your Certificate/Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care OR have a Bachelor teaching degree (early years or primary) and registered with the teaching authority board of the relevant state
- Be an experienced child care worker with at least 3 professional references.
- Have WWCC, Police Check, CPR and Level 2 First Aid
- Have a car & driver's licence
- Be willing to commit for at least 12 months
- Full working rights in Australia (Applicants with 155, 190 & 186 visas may be considered depending on conditions and length of remaining stay - 417 & 462 visas need not apply)
