Village Receptionist

Brighton East Classic Residence Retirement Village is currently seeking an enthusiastic, committed, customer service focused Village Administrator, Receptionist to join our team on a casual basis. You will provide friendly and efficient customer service to Village residents and visitors as well as providing administrative support to the Village Team.

The future incumbent will have excellent organisational skills along with attention to detail coupled with the ability to manage competing deadlines to ensure all tasks are completed with both accuracy and efficiency.
- Reception, hospitality or customer service experience highly regarded.
- Previous experience working with the elderly will be highly regarded.
- General Administration skills including reception duties
- A good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
