Aseptic Filling Operator

We are hiring for Aseptic Filling Operators ( two positions available) in our manufacturing Broadmeadows site. Reporting to Aseptic Preparation Team Leader, HS&S Filling you will be responsible to conduct activities within the Filling Team to prepare equipment and aseptically dispense a range of therapeutic plasma products.

This is a permanent opportunity. It will be a rotating shift between morning (6:00-16:42) and afternoon (12:48-23:30). There could be occasional overtime work so flexibility is required across the team.

The Role:

- Conduct activities to meet the Master Production Schedule and the forecasted product demand
- Actively assist trouble shooting of day to day issues
- Identify and support process development and innovation within the manufacturing plant
- Identify improvements in documentation to ensure compliance
- Ensure you are appropriately trained to conduct duties in a GMP compliant manner
- Ensure you are compliant with company policies, safety standards and good house keeping practices
- Ensure timely inventory control of materials is in line with production requirements and procedures
- Ensure batch documentation is completed within agreed timeline and completed to agreed quality standard
- Ensure manufacturing facility is maintained in an orderly, clean and compliant manner

To be successful:

- Preferred tertiary qualification in science/engineering or relevant experience (minimum of VCE qualification)
- Technical skills in Manufacturing and Quality processes and systems
- Experience within a pharmaceutical or allied industry involving line management
- Ability to maintain attention to detail in relation to quality of product and processes
