**Here’s what you’ll be doing**:

- Responsible for undertaking tree pruning and removal jobs by rope and harness
- Working with clients to achieve top arboricultural results
- Contributing to daily ipad operations doing JSA's
- Working with quoting team to identify resource requirements on jobs
- Liaising with clients on the job sites
- Expert Communicator on the job site
- Chainsaw and Equipment maintenance
- Participate in team meetings and contributing to overall team spirit
- Developing systems and processes that achieve quality results
- Have fun, enjoy and be proud of what you achieve in your working day

Minimum 2-3 years’ experience as a climbing Arborist.

Background working in the residential Arb industry (highly favourable)

Experience using the latest in Arb technology and equipment

High level communication (written/verbal), customer service, and interpersonal skills

Highly motivated with strong attention to detail

Exceptional organisation skills and ability to multi-task

Can follow directions while also taking initiative to make things better

Positive attitude and a team player that is polite, courteous, and friendly

Good problem-solving skills

Ability to pick up new skills quickly and maintain accurate information

Willingness to take on more responsibility as the business grows

Confident in asking questions about how things are done + enjoy ‘getting things done’

Pay: $71,136.00 - $79,040.00 per year
