Dental Assistant/receptionist

Reception duties will include:

- Managing patient appointments
- Processing payments via HICAPS and EFTPOS
- Managing correspondence with specialists

Assistant duties will include:

- Chairside assisting
- Sterilisation duties
- Infection control

Skills & Experience
- Experience as a dental assistant/dental receptionist
- Experience with D4W is preferred but not essential
- Exceptional communication skills
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Work co-cooperatively in a large team environment
- Be reliable, punctual and enthusiastic
- Show initiative and accept responsibility
- Show a continual desire to learn and contribute to the team
- Demonstrate a good work ethic
- Be well presented
- Possess great attention to detail

About Weston Dentistry

Established in 2013 as a single chair dental practice, we are now a large diverse team of 30 (8 dentists, 2 OHT and 21 support staff) across two practices.

We offer a wide range of procedures including general dental, root canal therapy, cerec crowns, Invisalign, braces, dental implants & surgical extractions.

We are located 2 minutes from Cooleman Court Shopping Centre with ample free all-day parking available, shops, cafes and restaurants

This position is not suitable for full time students.

Pay: $29.00 - $32.00 per hour
