Medical Imaging Receptionist

Baw Baw Radiology, part of the Imaging Associates network of clinics, provides the Gippsland communities including Drouin, Warragul and Trafalgar with locally based, high quality radiology services. Due to continued growth, we are seeking a** Medical Imaging Receptionist **to become an integral part of this exciting and significant phase of our business journey.

Committed to providing a premium service to both our patients and referrers, this role is integral to the experience our patients have with us, along with the smooth running of our practice.

**What will you be doing?**

As the first point of contact, you’ll take great pride in the care and compassion you show to patients, along with the quality of the work you do. By drawing on your professionalism and friendly nature, you’ll put patients at ease, guiding them through their visit to the practice while contributing to the smooth operation of the practice.

Key responsibilities include:

- Welcome patients and provide them with information about their appointment
- Manage calls and patient bookings
- Respond to enquiries from patients and referrers
- Manage patient invoicing and receipting

**What are we looking for?**

To be successful, you will need to have:

- Exceptional customer service skills and communication skills
- Experience working autonomously and part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality outcomes
- Confidence with technology
- Availability to work across a rotating roster (7.6-hour shifts) that covers the operational hours of 8am to 6pm (Mon-Fri)
- Experience as a Medical Imaging Receptionist (well regarded)
