A 62 place childcare centre seeking a dual-role staff member.

We are pursuing a casual lunch cover/kitchen hand to prepare healthy nutritious meals for our students by utilizing the Kids Gourmet Food meals delivery system.

You would be responsible for receiving deliveries, storage of food, heating of meals, preparing Fresh fruit and vegetable platters for morning and Afternoon tea, overall hygiene, and food-safe practices in the kitchen.

Having a minimum qualification in food handling and working towards / certificate 3 in Early Childhood Education and Care as well as a WWCC (or willing to obtain) is a requirement as you may be asked to assist on the staffing roster after your kitchen duties.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $21.81 - $33.33 per hour

Expected hours: 27.5 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- No weekends

Licence/Certification:

- Working with Children Check or willing to obtain (required)
- Food Handling Certificate or willing to obtain (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Ability to Commute:

- Zetland, NSW (preferred)
