**What We’re Looking For**:

- Proven experience as a chef, preferably with expertise in Japanese cuisine.
- Strong knife skills and the ability to prepare fresh ingredients with precision.
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen while maintaining the highest food standards.
- A passion for innovation and the creation of new dishes, while respecting traditional flavors.
- Team player with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook a variety of ramen dishes according to Menya Makoto’s high standards.
- Assist with menu development and daily specials.
- Ensure the kitchen operates smoothly, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Maintain safety, cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
- Support the team in delivering an exceptional dining experience.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
