**Our Client**
Our client is a boutique healthcare business with a growing presence across AU. They've got an excellent family-feel office culture and work environment. They offer 2 days WFH and an extremely supportive and inclusive team.

This is a unique standalone position managing a 200+ payroll on a fortnightly basis. Unlike most standalone positions, you'll have an excellent backup (as the Finance Manager is trained in payroll). This also means an excellent training and onboarding process.

The role is mainly BAU and would offer a high degree of work life balance as a result.

**The role**
Duties include:

- Process end-to-end Fortnightly payroll for up to 200+ staff
- Maintaining employee data
- Processing on boarding & terminations
- Managing the administration, calculation, payment and reconciliation of all superannuation contributions & payroll tax
- Process time sheets (fortnightly/monthly pay runs)
- Adhere to Payroll statutory requirements
- Interpret of EBA and Modern Award
- Ad-hoc involvement with the system implementation
- Arrange new starters

**About you**
- Excellent communication, both written and verbal - must love to engage and work closely in a team environment
- Able to commute to CBD (2 days WFH)
