A growing law firm is looking for a commercial law-savvy lawyer to join its ranks. You’ll be taking on a range of novel and challenging cases, sourced from clients of high net worth, family businesses, private lenders, funds managers and SMEs.

**Benefits**:

**Conditions for Success**:

- Minimum 2-3 Years PQE in Commercial Litigation
- Experience in Transactional Commercial matters highly regarded
- Ability to prioritise and manage matters effectively.
- Intuitive and Enthusiastic Approach.
- Able to work collaboratively and support each other.
- Communication Skills - Fluent and Clear communication with stakeholders at all levels, and can listen and follow instructions readily.
- Attention to detail - quick learner with expert analysis and approach to cases.
- A sense of humour: The firm takes pride in the relaxed and supportive culture of its office and team, whereby members are encouraged to take a more even-keeled and individualised approach to its work.
- Admitted to practice in QLD

**Your Responsibilities**:

- 5 Billable Hours per day - Not aggressively monitored or micromanaged.
- Keep in view the broader perspective and integrate other commercial and client-related factors while handling your cases.
- Manage and prioritise your cases and files with attention to detail.
- Monitor & manage graduates and juniors.
- Establish and maintain client relationships and expectations through regular and effective communication.
