We have an opportunity for a Data Analyst or Data Scientist to join a business focused on creating positive change in an industry crying out for progress

As a Data Analyst, you will be partnering with both technical and functional stakeholders as you develop the BI and Reporting capability of this brand-new product offering. You will also be developing the predictive analytics capability and working with technical teams to embed your models into the platform.

**What You'll Do**
Define BI and Reporting requirements and deliver solutions aimed at providing the best experience for your stakeholders

Work closely with clients and SMEs to understand the real-world challenges faced by users

Develop statistical models and build out ML models to provide predictive analysis

Own the DWH and Data Pipelines, ensuring that data is accessible and prepared

Work effectively in a cross-functional product development team

**What You'll Bring**
Strong BI experience using Power BI or Tableau etc

Intermediate - Advanced SQL Skills

Statistical analysis and experience building models in Python or R

Exposure to Data Engineering techniques, including ETL and DWH

Strong stakeholder engagement skills
