We’re looking for a professional, friendly and highly organised **Receptionist**to join our **Warriewood**campus team. You’ll be the first face visitors see, the go-to for office coordination, and a vital part of creating a welcoming, smooth-running environment for everyone who walks through our doors.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Welcome visitors and contractors warmly, managing the front desk and keeping reception tidy and professional
- Coordinate meeting room setups and provide on-the-ground facilities support
- Manage security passes and visitor sign-in/out processes
- Organise courier pickups, alert staff to deliveries, and keep things flowing
- Keep office supplies stocked and amenities well maintained
- Support administrative tasks across Warriewood and Bungarribee teams
- Help onboard new starters with key office information and etiquette
- Collaborate with the Facilities team to ensure a safe, organised, and positive workplace

**What you’ll bring**
- Experience in reception, office coordination, or a facilities-based admin role
- A proactive attitude and strong sense of ownership
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional phone manner and customer service mindset
- Confidence working independently while supporting a wider team
- Strong MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- High attention to detail, reliability and organisation
- A natural ability to build relationships and make people feel welcome
