Hudson is continuing its relationship with a well known brand in the Brisbane market and assisting in their search for a talented and experienced Development Team Leader to manage a team of 5 developers and lead the charge on their next generation of projects. As a key member of the technology team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of technology initiatives, while fostering a positive and collaborative team culture. This role would suit an experienced Team Lead, or alternatively a Senior Developer with leadership experience that is interested in progressing into a Team Lead role.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage a team of 5 developers and ensure the successful delivery of projects
- Mentor and provide guidance to the team, encouraging their growth and development
- Work closely with the technology team to create and implement development best practices
- Ensure the team's technology stack, mostly JavaScript, HTML and CSS, is up to date and in line with industry standards
- Plan and lead the move to a modern stack, most likely React.

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of experience leading and managing development teams
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS and experience with React or similar modern frameworks
- Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills
- Ability to mentor and guide team members to achieve their full potential
- Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest web technologies and trends
- Experience in an Agile development environment
