General Labourer

**Job Title**: General Labourer - Workshop & Site Support
**Location**: KeenWorx - Unit 1/8 Blackmore Road, Smeaton Grange NSW
**Pay**: $26.00 - $32.00 per hour (casual, depending on experience)

**About the Role**
KeenWorx is seeking motivated and reliable **General Labourers** to join our growing on-call team. This role is based at our busy Smeaton Grange workshop, with opportunities to assist on installation sites as required. We’re looking to build a pool of dependable labourers who can support our projects when workload increases, with the potential to move into a permanent role for the right person.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist welders, riggers, and fabricators with daily workshop and site tasks
- Load and unload deliveries, trucks, and materials
- Use basic hand and power tools under supervision
- General housekeeping to maintain a safe and tidy workplace
- Assist with installation labouring (bolting, lifting, holding, site support)
- Help with packing, dispatch, and workshop organisation

**About You**
- Physically capable and safety-minded
- Current White Card (mandatory)
- Current driver’s licence (mandatory)
- Previous experience in construction or workshop environments desirable
- Forklift licence and/or additional tickets an advantage
- Must provide own PPE: steel-cap boots, long work trousers, long-sleeve hi-vis

- Hours**:Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM**:

- Overtime or weekend work may occasionally be required in line with project needs
- Pay range**:$26.00 - $32.00 per hour (depending on experience)**
