**Care Supervisor / EN - Permanent Part-Time**

**50 hours per fortnight**

**About the role**
BaptistCare At Home in Canberra is seeking a part-time Care Supervisor/EN to join our vibrant team. This role will see you supervising and leading a team of carers and will ensure our residents are provided excellent quality care, including medication management.

**About you**
- Currently registered with professional body Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency AHPRA as an Enrolled Nurse
- Hold experience in a clinical leadership role and the proven ability to work with a team.
- Have a high level of written and verbal communication skills.
- Have functional knowledge of the Aged Care Act 1997 and the Australian National Aged Care Classification funding model (AN-ACC).
- Demonstrate understanding of, and work in accordance with the requirements of Aged Care Accreditation Standards.
- Be physically able to carry out required duties safely and efficiently.
- Ability to work AM/PM and weekend shifts as required.
