**We are seeking a Function Sales Assistant to manage all sales processes within a two-storey building serving the function and restaurant areas.**

Maximise and convert event enquiries into confirmed bookings

Understand of product and facilities-up selling wherever possible

Coordinate all events in an efficient, friendly and productive manner

Sharing function information and function sheets with FOH and kitchen

Anticipate clients’ needs and deliver a personal, flexible and memorable service

Managing all site inspections

Ensure all account management tasks are completed from initial proposal through to closure of the account

Maintaining and reporting accurate information relating to weekly sales, new accounts and contracts

Create and uphold client relationships and personally follow up on all bookings

If possible, organise in house trade shows for weddings

Data input of client information and create newsletters

Sales driven individual

Excellent customer service skills

Energetic and enthusiastic approach to daily tasks and being a positive member of the team

Strategic thinking skills and the ability to handle multiple task and projects

The attitude to get the job done

Proficient in using computers and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook);
Great communicator

Excellent time management and administration skills

**Salary**: $68,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:
