Fractional Cfo

The fractional CFO should be available to the business for at least a few hours each week, up to a day or two a week, to provide adequate oversight and support. The CFO will be responsible for the following:

- Structuring the business to ensure efficient cashflow
- Planning effectively for the seasonality of the business
- Maximizing the value of the business
- Keeping financial reports clean and accurate
- Understanding the most valuable areas to deploy capital
- Implementing the best financial technology for the business
- Saving on taxes by taking advantage of deductions better
- Monitoring and protecting the business with the right insurance policies
- Streamlining the payroll process with the latest tools
- Getting the best financing for business goals.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
- CPA or MBA preferred

**Experience**:

- 5+ years of experience in a CFO or similar role
- Proven track record of success in financial management
- Strong understanding of financial principles and ability to provide strategic guidance
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Experience with eCommerce and retail businesses
- Knowledge of cash flow projections, financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting
- Experience with setting up finance infrastructure
- Ability to oversee the accounting team and help with expense restructuring
- Understanding of the seasonality of business and the ability to plan accordingly
