**_Restaurant Associates has an enviable track record, working with some of the most prestigious venues and corporations in the world. From grand gala events to intimate gatherings, we provide bespoke food solutions and exceptional dining experiences._**
As the National Gallery of Victoria's Sales & Event Manager you will be responsible for the driving of function sales within our venue and management of the sales team. You will be a highly motivated, creative and sales-focused individual who has a passion for developing and growing customer relations.
**The Role**
- Drive functions revenue through the acquisition of new clients
- Attend consultation meetings with clients to cater events to their needs
- Lead, train and develop and effective team
- Manage budgets, forecasts and reporting
- Deliver the highest quality of customer service
**The Person**
- Positive and customer focused at all times
- Is passionate about delivering the highest levels of customer satisfaction and engagement
- Will have great attention to detail with an excellent ability to multi-task and prioritise
- Previous experience in a similar role with a focus on sales
- 3 doses COVID vaccination required
- Valid Australian Police check
