**Housekeeping Team Members - Immediate Start**
Due to rapid expansion, record occupancy and team movements, we're currently seeking housekeeping team members to ensure the ongoing operations of a very busy property.
**The Role**
Our housekeeping team are the very backbone of our operation, ensuring positive experiences for our guests and the overall success of the business.
The property is directly across the road from Brisbane's largest hospital, providing us with consistent and ongoing clientele, and the ability to provide very regular & consistent hours during daylight hours only.
In particular, the role involves providing housekeeping and room attendant services for apartments (studio, 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom apartments) and cleaning common areas to ensure high standards of presentation of the property. We typically achieve year round occupancy of 90% plus, and require efficient operations which can be flexible for some, and provide consistent 4-5 day working weeks on an ongoing basis for those requiring regular work.
Will demonstrate a can-do, responsible, and flexible approach to work, excellent communication skills, a friendly customer centric outlook, a keen eye for detail, & excellent organisational skills. We appreciate your ability to 'look up' and identify and report maintenance concerns to ensure our units are in full working order as well as you strong appreciation for workplace safety. An ability to follow instructions and work quickly and efficiently to achieve individual and team goals is paramount.
Prior experience in a cleaning or housekeeping role is advantageous, however training is able to be provided and available immediately.
Work days start from 8:30am - 2:30/3:00pm. Depending on how the day goes by with housekeeping workload.
**The Opportunity**
Sunday's are typically our busiest days with rates of pay on offer between $35 - $37 per hour.
We are looking for team members who are intuitive and that can think ahead and sets themselves up well for a smooth operation whilst on shift; someone who takes pride in their work and cares as much about our guests as we do
