- Salary $62-$67 INC SUPER
- Start Date: NOV/DEC
- Assessment Centre 8/11 9-12pm
- Location: CBD Based - Will be expected to travel to other branches 80% of the time
- Full Time Permanent Position - Depending on the location you may be required to work Saturdays.

**Your new role**
You will deliver the desired customer experience by adopting a positive relationship-based, customer centric approach that demonstrates passion for identifying and prioritising the complete financial needs of customers by educating customers on easy ways to bank. You will provide a full range of professional sales expertise and advice to help customers to meet their financial needs and goals. You will also dynamically seek opportunities to make appropriate customer referrals to accredited specialist staff and contribute to overall branch profitability, achieving and seeking to outperform against targets.

- Customer centric and sales oriented
- Strong customer focus, preferably with retail and/or sales experience
- Influential user and promoter of technology
- Ability to multi-task, highly adaptable to change
- Passionate about Banking
