About Us

FreshScreens is a rapidly growing Melbourne-based shower screen business known for quality workmanship, great customer service, and a no-fuss attitude. We’re looking for a skilled, reliable tradesperson to join our team as a full-time Shower Screen Installer.

This is a long-term role for someone with proven experience who can confidently handle installs across various locations in Melbourne.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Install framed, semi-frameless, and frameless shower screens
- Conduct site measures and assess conditions accurately
- Handle and transport glass safely
- Liaise with customers on-site in a professional manner
- Pick up and order materials as required
- Complete daily job assignments through our scheduling system
- Travel to multiple job sites across Melbourne

What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3 years’ experience installing shower screens
- Experience with all types of screens (frameless, semi, framed)
- Ability to work independently and problem-solve
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Current driver’s licence
- Trade qualification (glazier or related) preferred but not essential
- A can-do attitude and pride in quality workmanship
