Retail Delivery Assistant (Junior Project Manager)

Our Retail Design and Delivery team play a key role in partnering with our retailers to inspire, support and guide them through the design and shop fitting process - bringing to life the best physical experience each retail brand has to offer.

**Your opportunity**

As a Retail Delivery Assistant, you will assist and support the Retail Delivery Coordinator’s to enable the effective and efficient delivery of tenancies across our Living Centres, that exceed Retailer expectations and maximise commercial outcomes. You will act as a conduit between the business and retail partner that aims to deliver exceptional experiences.

Key aspects of your role include:

- Build and nurture strong relationships with Retailers, shopfitters and internal and external partners
- Support and assist your team in the facilitation of complex delivery requirements
- Assist each asset to reduce leased to open
- Assist with tracking critical dates and delays via regular meetings with asset delivery teams
- Facilitate solution focused discussions ion associations
- Support site access issues between shop fitter and facilities
- Support with certification collection from partners

**What will set you apart from the rest?**
- Proven ability to manage multiple and competing tasks and support in the delivery of projects within tight deadlines
- Experience or background in retail tenancy management, shop fitting or facilities management highly desirable
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Demonstrated skills in negotiating and effective communication
- Degree/Diploma (finished or currently studying part time) in Project Management or Construction Management or related field is highly desirable
