A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Sales Associate to join a highly respected business working within their sales office on the outskirts of the city.

This is a long term part time casual opportunity and will involve working Wednesday to Friday during the hours of 1pm to 7pm.

The role will also require a shift every 2nd weekend on a Saturday. Hours of work are 10:00am to 4:00 pm on Saturdays and Sundays.

Based on site in a modern display centre you will be the 'first impression' to customers and the public, handling initial enquires from potential clients relating to property land sales and releases. While you are not responsible for pulling the deal together and issuing contracts, you will be pivotal in promoting the available product to the general public.

The role will include the following responsibilities:

- Face to face customer interaction
- Providing information on available and upcoming stock
- Using the interactive IT technology
- Directing sales enquiries to sales staff
- Answering incoming phone calls
- Maintaining customer enquiry lists and preparing reports
- General administration duties

To be successful you will have the following:

- Proven experience in a sales or KPI driven environment
- Be available to work Wed-Fridays and weekends
- Self-motivating and able to work unsupervised
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office
- Professional presentation
