**Rotating Roster**:
Rotating Roster - 12 Hour Shifts - x2 Weeks day shifts / x2 weeks night shift

**Description**:
**This role will primarily be responsible for**:

- Monitoring CCTV Systems
- Dispatch alarm responses
- Monitor, control and maintain Access Control systems
- CCTV Investigations
- Incident response, resolution and reporting
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Attending to various enquiries
- Maintenance of various reports

**Skills and Experiences**:
To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate the following skills and attributes:

- Current Control Room Security Licence
- Current First Aid certificate
- 1+ years dedicated high paced control room experience
- Exceptional communication, both verbal and written
- Impeccable presentation
- Flexibility to work rotating rosters. Willingness to work nights/weekends
- Work as part of a team
- Great communication skills

It is essential that you are highly professional with excellent written and verbal communication skills and a positive attitude.
