**Staff Dining Room Supervisor - Crown Perth**

Access is complimentary for Crown Perth employees and with its rotating menu options, it boasts as one of Perth’s busiest venues with around 3000 covers per day.
As a supervisor you will be responsible for all operational aspects of the Hive. With support from the Hive Manager, you and your team will ensure the friendly and efficient service of meals to staff over a 24/7 operation. You will contribute to the overall success of the Hive by monitoring portion control and food wastage along with developing cost-effective initiatives.
**Essential Criteria**:
- Previous supervisory experience
- Experience working in the hospitality or food service industry
- Proven experience maintaining food hygiene & safety standards
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to effectively time manage, prioritise tasks and schedule resources to ensure overall effective operations
- Analysis & problem-solving skills
