**The Role**

Our Smithfield site in Western Sydney, manufactures a range of more than 60 fruit juice, fruit drink and water ice products and forms part of the juice portfolio - operating five days a week, 24 hours a day. The site currently manufactures approximately 110 million litres of finished goods every year including The Juice Brothers, Daily Juice, Mildura and Zooper Dooper.

The role of a Mixer is to ensure all mixing functions are carried out in an effective and efficient manner, whilst supplying products safely, of the highest quality, at the lowest cost with mínimal waste. Previous experience in food & beverage manufacturing would be advantageous.

This role works afternoon shift, 2pm to 10pm Monday to Friday.

**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for mixing and supplying juice to our packing lines
- Operate processing equipment using ifix (SCADA) to supply product and conduct CIPs
- Responsible for conducting product testing using lab equipment
- Liaise with production and reliability teams to ensure production requirements are met
- Adherence to Bega’s Safety, Environmental and Quality systems and procedures

**About you**
- Previous experience in batch passing
- Computer literate (experience with Ifix, SCADA and SAP essential)
- Valid LF Forklift licence is essential
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong team player who has a good attendance record
