er year Location: Office location will be determined dependant on the right applicant, as we have offices based in Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra, Brisbane and Perth. *About the Role:* At BHD the SFMC Technical Consultant is responsible for understanding our client’s requirements and designing solutions to meet those needs. Our Consultants work closely with our development teams to ensure solutions are scalable, future proof and best in class with the consultants leading our engagements as the face of BHD. Working in a dynamic team in one of Australia’s fastest growing Salesforce partners to Scope, Design and Implement clients and projects onto SFMC. Working with our clients to deliver highly complex multi-channel marketing campaigns, Journeys and automations to fulfil the personalised marketing strategy of clients. We are open to this role being based out of Melbourne or Sydney. *Key Responsibilities:*
- Lead solution discovery workshops
- Articulate and design SFMC processes including cross-cloud solutions
- Document requirements and solution design specification
- Consult and document the technical aspects of marketing automation implementations with clients
- Communicate technical limitations and benefits to non-technical stakeholders
- Develop training session agendas and documentation for multiple users *Required Skills & Experience:*
- Experience integrating Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud with Marketing Cloud with knowledge of connector limitations and remediation approaches
- Experience setting up data models in Contact Builder, catering to single or multiple business units
- Understanding of ETL best practices and experience in setting up integrations with cloud storage solutions like AWS S3 and Google Cloud Platform storage
- Extensive knowledge of Salesforce AMP script, SQL, JavaScript, API, SSJS
- Experience building, developing & delivering digital campaigns
- Experience running workshops with multiple stakeholders to scope and understand project requirements
- Confident in producing solution design specifications for the development team
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Confident in requirement gathering and discussing design principles with external stakeholders
