**Responsibilities**:

- Facilitate client comprehension of NDIS plans.
- Develop and manage supports within client’s NDIS plan.
- Link clients to required supports and services.
- Ensure continuity of client supports.
- Undertake client care assessments and planning.
- Oversee and direct care staff.
- Administer intake processing, clinical care planning, and reporting.
- Cultivate relationships with participants and their families.
- Advocate for individuals with psychosocial disability in coordinating and implementing their NDIS plan.
- Continually evaluate and refine support strategies to mitigate risk and enhance outcomes for individuals.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum bachelor’s degree in Mental Health, or in a related field that equivalent to the bachelor’s degree.
- 2+ years of experience.
- Excellent written communication and verbal expressions skills are mandatory.
- Strong leadership, organizational skills and attention to detail is required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite along with MS-Excel and Power Point.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Professional demeanor and positive attitude.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Experience with NDIS field is highly desirable.

**Job Type**:Casual, Part-Time or Full-Time

**Schedule**:
8-hour shift (Fixed shift)

Reliably commute or planning to relocate (if from interstate) before starting work (required)

**Education**:
Bachelor's Degree or higher.

**Experience**:

- NDIS: 2 year (preferred)
- Language: English (required)
- Work Authorisation: Australia (required)

Pay: From $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 19 per week
