Civil Draftsperon

DG Build is a residential and commercial builder in Melbourne. We are currently looking for a talented Draftsperson to join our team. We are looking for a passionate and dedicated person to assist with delivering outstanding quality homes and great customer service.

The role will suit someone who is self-driven, hard working and has attention to detail.

You will have had previous experience in Drafting and be ready to take the next step in your career in the building industry.

Our Drafting team works closely with both our sales and building teams to improve our drafting accuracy, building efficiency and on time completion of homes and buildings for our customers.

**Skills and Attributes**
- At least 1 - 2 years’ experience in Drafting
- Experience in REVIT with preferrable but no essential
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to perform under pressure
- Ability to work with others in a team environment
- A proactive attitude with good communication kills and strong attention to detail
- Achieve targets whilst maintaining a high standard of quality

**Knowledge / Skill and competencies**
- Well-developed construction and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a strong team
- Strong relationship building skills with expertise in the effective management of diverse internal and external stakeholder groups
- Professional communication skills
- Dispute Resolution skills

- High attention to detail and accuracy
